I use 30-4 but note I do auto leveling not manual leveling, there is probably a better spot for manual leveling but I prefer to just leave it ooln auto map and auto battle and just repeat each run. 29-4 is best for link levels (assuming you're not using auto mode), and the latest stage in quest is the best for EXP.

Classic example my plan with the Metal Cooler and SSJ Goku Vegeta, get them, get medals required for them with 1 character, use character to get medals for the other one, maybe do a few more dokkan fests with the other unit, send them off in the cooler link level stage (even if their links are still low), better to use that stage asap.
